Internet Data Exchange - Online Listing Display
IDX provides a means for brokers and agents to display Multiple Listing Service listing content on their Internet sites.
Raw Data Feed
A raw data feed can be provided to a 3rd party website vendor, and they can then build you a custom IDX search solution. While this option requires additional technical knowhow, it allows for fuller customization of the IDX search criteria and listing display. The WRIST MLS uses RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) which most website vendors will be familiar with.
