The common goal of members of this organization is to bring buyers and sellers together to complete a successful real estate transaction.   Our members operate as a team to make these successful real estate transactions take place.  While working as a team, the MLS ensures cooperation and compensation amongst its membership.  The Rules and Regulations provide a template for the standards of conduct when cooperatively marketing properties to fellow members and to the general public.
